The winners were presented with the “Temel” Architecture Award, while the authors of the other selected projects were awarded the respective diplomas.

Winner of the “Təməl” architecture award in the “Architecture of Residential Complexes” nomination – project of “The Grand” residential complex (author: Aleksey Fursov);
Second-degree diplomas:
Facade solution of buildings located on Karabakh Street, Shusha city (authors: Marselina Zielinska);
Reconstruction project of Minkənd village, Lachin district (authors: Elchin Umudov, Elchin Aliyev, Simurə Amirova, Jale Huseynova).
Winner of the “Təməl” architecture award in the “Restoration and Reconstruction Projects” nomination – reconstruction of the facade of the Education, Science, and Culture building in Khankendi city (author: Aga Khaligzade);
Second-degree diploma: Project of Aghdam Imaret Complex (authors: Fabrizio Conti, Valentina Linares, Alessandro Bianki, Fizuli Aliyev, Ali Mammadov, Yashar Zeynalli).
Winner of the “Təməl” architecture award in the “Architecture of Public Buildings” nomination – project of “ASAN Service” center in Lachin city (author: Samir Abasquliyev);
Second-degree diploma: Project of Baku White City Business Center (author: CallisonRTKL).
Winner of the “Təməl” architecture award in the “Public Spaces and Landscape Architecture” nomination – project of Central Park in Baku city (authors: Franz Yans, Maria Aubök, Yanos Karas, Miron Vendzilovich, Ivan Rinaldi, Ivana Kuchirkova, Denisa Rusnachikova);
Second-degree diploma: Project of Central Botanical Garden, Baku city (authors: Mansur Bukani, Babek Shahbazi, Ziya Aslan, Samir Sadikhov).
Winner of the “Təməl” architecture award in the “Architecture of Cultural and Religious Objects” nomination – project of Zafar Park, Baku city (author: Francesco Cordano);
Second-degree diploma: Mosque project in Jabrayil city (authors: Jahangir Mammadrzayev, Aga Khaligzade).
Winner of the “Təməl” award in the “Transport, Industrial, Communication, and Engineering Buildings and Structures” nomination – project of White City Pedestrian Bridge, Baku (authors: UNStudio, Azerbaijan Development Company);
Second-degree diploma: Project of Lachin International Airport (authors: Elyar Dehghanian, Babek Dehghanian, Boris Gejankin).
